Arizona Container Construction Information

Arizona is a state probably most-known as the location of the Grand Canyon, but it offers much more. It's become one of the faster growing states in the Sun Belt in recent years due to the many factors that make it a great place to live.

Geographically speaking, Arizona is almost two states in one. The south is arid, with desert expanses and adobe architecture. Up north is more mountainous and where you'll find the huge forests that cover over 25% of the state. You can even find mountains over 10,000 feet in parts of the state, and several ski resorts.

Over 60% of Arizona's population lives in Maricopa County, home to the larger Phoenix area. This makes Arizona, despite it's large overall population, fairly rural and sparsely occupied outside of a few major cities with much higher density.

Gives the open spaces and scenic views, Arizona container homes are fairly common. And building a container home in Arizona is probably easier than many states, given Arizona doesn't have a reputation for overly stringent regulations.

However, there isn't uniformity in the rules you'll encounter. Each city in Arizona enacts it's own building codes, with no state-wide requirements. Outside of the city limits, you'll likely have few rules to abide by.
