The Truck Stop is a shipping container food truck park near San Pedro, Belize on Ambergris Caye. Each container has a different type of food available, and they are arranged around a central seating area. The current options are:

RASA – Malaysian and Southeast Asiam Fusion Food
Arepa / Sol Fresca – Latin American Food
Cool Cone – Ice Cream
Slice of Haven – New-Haven Style Pizza

The owners have made The Truck Stop into a fun place to hang out before or after your meal as well. Features like a pool with swim-up bar, 18-foot movie screen, and a pier/deck over the lagoon give plenty of places to relax. And outdoor games like ping pong, cornhole, and extra-large Jenga and Connect4 provide activities as well.

There’s even an outdoor pavilion for events and a stage for live music performances.
