La Parva Container Coworking

This unique coworking building was created for WeWork at the La Parva Ski Resort a few dozen miles from Santiago, Chile. Sitting at over 8000 feet above sea level, you’ll definitely get some mountain air while working in this location.

Making use of five shipping containers that had essentially all the walls removed created a flat, open space. And with numerous windows added, you could see the slopes from almost every angle.

It doesn’t look like they used any insulation on this build, which makes sense given the short nature of the project. Otherwise, it would have been prohibitively expensive to keep it warm!

Nevertheless, we love the look of this build. The plain white walls with the warm wooden floor and huge windows created a lovely appearance.

Unfortunately, this was a temporary installation that was used during the 2019 ski season. Luckily, you can still view a cool video showcasing the space and find some inspiration for a more permanent build.Sk
